My complaint was pulled off of resellerratings.com because I would not give up my credit card info to prove a purchase I made over two years ago on a product that has broken down again. Apparently, Sunlighten had reseller pull the complaint. I posted the link below showing Sunlighten's saunas catch on fire and have been reported to a consumer protection group.

I also found Sunlighten was named as a defendant by at least two insurance companies.

I was upset because the sauna I bought a few years ago was having problems again. We had problems when we purchased it. I saw that resellerratings was a complete con... they show Sunlighten with a 9 rating. Reseller's own info shows a third of Sunlighten's reviews are negative!
I may not be able to get my money back, but I can at least warn others to stay away from this company. Save $7K and know your home will not burn to the ground.

Hello,
Thank you for your report on your sauna fire. I was a little confused when I saw that your complaint was originally with Sunlighten Saunas, but the first link that you list in your report, goes to a report of a Chinese made infrared sauna model "Sunlight" (vs. Sunlighten). The second link that you provided, does not clearly give any information about lawsuits. This is mainly because you have to sign up / register with a lot of personal information and it is not worth doing all of this to read a possible tidbit that may be also referencing the wrong brand that you have originally named in your report. If you want to post this information, it is probably worth a copy and paste, referencing the original source.
I would like clarification whether or not you have also sued the manufactured regarding your fire, and if so, what was the outcome please?
