If employees were allowed to press charges by the DA of Franklin County maybe all the employees that are being assaulted & lied about by consumers should be allowed to press charges & sue anybody who is legally liable if they are competent.
Obviously they are competent enough to lie so they should be prosecuted. Maybe a smart civil lawyer can sue all parties involved in the assault of the employees. If the consumer is under 21 yrs of age their family can be held liable.
Maybe when the DA one day says in the newspaper that employees can press charges against the consumer that assaults them and then when that employee tries to do so the DA says no you can't because it will cost the county too much money, then maybe the DA should be held accountable as well.
