I am so glad that I checked ripoff report site before I responded to the same type of e-mail that the others have described. Very legit looking job offer.

They had included the type of work and even the amount of pay I was looking for. The only thing I found odd was that the HR rep did not list their first name or telephone number.

I visited the website and deemed that they must be an operation that sells some sort of education plan or at home learning package.....usually an employer doesn't ask you about your future education thoughts on an application!

I did not send out any info to them, thanks to the warnings from you!

The thing that is really cruel about this type of e-mail is that I am unemployed and honestly looking for work and I feel taken advantage of...it's really lousy that there are people who will unfortunately use what ever means to dupe someone.
