I am not a felon, or why would Sunnmtg.com hire me?  dont or never had any felonies, nor did I write the report that Sunnymtg is replying to. There are over 43 of us that this company has ripped off, that I personally know of, its one of the others that is upset about working for Sunnymtg.com and being ripped off.

  I won a law suit against Sunnymtg.com and its owner Sumit Gaddh on November 5th, 2009, on behalf of a DLEG ruling against him in Michigan court. Sunnymtg still refuses to pay me even tho he has been ordered to by the court. The Attorney general has since sent a demand letter for the monies owed to myself and the state of Michigan by  Sumit Gaddh and Sunnymtg.com.  I do not owe the IRS $30,000, nor have I ever.  This is a blatant attack of my character by an ex employer that is upset he lost the court case.  You should think about if you want an employer such as this that would post your social security number and DOB on the internet. Also as a consumer, would you want a company like this to have access to your personal information to be posted or what ever they may do with it.  Just shows what kind of irreputable people you will be dealing with.   These people at Sunnymtg.coom will do anything outside the law, the government thus far has continued to let this company do business in spite of the reports of illegal behaivor from countless people. GA. is the only state that has kicked him out and refuses to let him operate there. Hopefully Michigan is next, since he refuses to follow thier laws and rulings.  I have never originated with any company without a license when it was needed. I was not fired from Sunnymtg.com, but quit becuase the owner Sumit Gaddh asked me to be part of a fraudulent scheme, which I refused. In doing so, he kept my money from 4 different loans.  I do not know a Jamie, nor was a Jamie employed at sunnymtg.com in the corporate office when i was a originator, so my only conclusion is it is the owner Sumit Gaddh.  I told you Sunny, you cant continue to take from people as you have, with out losing in court one day. I hold that court victory, and no amount of slimy slander can take that from me. You lost, So this is what you resort to....looks like we will be in court again.

Mr. Karen Vines - only owes the IRS a whopping THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS in back taxes - lets hear it again, thats $30K in back taxes to the IRS --

Ms. Karen Vines - use to originate in Michigan - she was advised that she can no longer originate as the state laws per the SAFE act now require that she has a license - she failed and refuse to gets her license Wherefore she was terminated from the company - she became so vindictive that she attempted to file a class action that was full of s**t through a man that she constantly does favors for (get it)!!! This man also an attorney filed a class action -- upon SunnyMtg getting service of the class action -- this favor man / attorney for Karen Vines was contacted and he dropped the case WITHIN 40 minutes!!! Why? Because if an attorney files a frivolous lawsuit then they are required to pay all attorney fees for the defending party -- we love America!!! Since then we have not heard from Ms. Vines however she is still originating Michigan loans WITHOUT A LICENSE!!! Ohh the IRS does contact SunnyMtg for how to collect the $30K in back taxes she owes to our government --------------

Sumit Gaddh aka Sunny Gadd of SunnyMtg.com866-768-CASH is an honest God fearing individual who respects everyone and practices fear business ethics. It has been done before where Sumit Gaddh took money out of his own pockets to pay loan officers for loans that were closed but having issues clearing compliance. Mr. Gaddh has bent over backwards for his loan officers numerous times; but apparently you just cannot please everyone. Those are usually the ones that Mr. Sumit Gaddh has went above and beyond for but for some reason still expecting something for nothing. SunnyMTG.com 866-768-CASH LLC has processes and procedures in place that can be found on our website on the workflow of the company. Any individual broker who does not understand that and follow the companys guidelines even after many efforts from the company, than that individual should not be in this line of work anymore. Bottom line is there are several mortgage companies out there providing the same virtual opportunities that are no longer in business. However, SunnyMtg.com has been around for a decade and is still going strong. With all the changes in the industry that have forced several companies and broker to close their doors; that speaks volume of the integrity that the company represents. Furthermore, Mr.Gaddh is a very successful man who helps out struggling individuals in his community financially every day with no expectations. It would be un-reasonable for a man with that type of willingness to help heart would need to steal from loan officers to maintain his properties during these difficult economical times. Mr. Gaddh again has used money out of his own pockets to help loan officers pay their mortgage even when that loan officer had no deals in their pope line. Truth be told that the companys GA license was voluntarily surrendered per Mr. Gaddhs decision to protect the loan officers who claim to have made bad decisions to feed their families. It is some of those same very loan officers who have cost the company and that are now trying to ruin the companys reputation. Get it together because SunnyMtg.com has been around servicing communities all across the United States and will continue to do so base on the foundation, belief and respect of our hard working loan officers who are competent enough to understand the changes in the industry and are willing to make the change individually to keep up.
