Do not move to the trailer park located in the Lake Texoma area in Oklahoma. Our family has moved here because we needed to find a home quickly. The pictures on the website showed what appeared to be a decent trailer park and there was an opportunity to puchase a trailer easily but the trailer was very old and we discovered it needed more repairs.

The "repairs" made earlier seemed to be patched together. Fleas were under our house and hatching inside the HVAC ducts and getting onto our pets by jumping through the vents. The main office is absolutely filthy with old broken down furniture, garbage, foul odors, and roaches. Eventually the roaches entered our house.

We could not drive the streets because of the potholes and trenches in the streets. Flooding was terrible and washed out the roads and swamped the grass. Neighbors were annoying and rude and our children kept getting yelled at by the staff's family members. There was a large septic backup under our house. The staff at the trailer park did nothing about any of these problems and was very bitter, rude, and hostile. We moved away as soon as possible, at a loss, because the trailer payments would have totaled $75,000 because of the hidden fees.
