SoCal Lighting, aka Sunrise Lighting, aka Sonrise Lighting, aka Contractors Choice Lighting specialize in a subtle ripoff. When contacted for an order they are very cooperative then ship either substitutes or lights etc that you did not order. If you register a complaint they will give you the fax number to fax a signed copy of your invoice with the reasons you wish to return the goods. When you do they cite their "no return policy", refuse to make a refund and keep the goods you returned. These people use a 1200 sq ft storefront on Topanga Canyon Blvd. in Chatsworth and a single bay storage unit on Melvin avenue in Northridge as their "warehouse". All of their stuff is cheap Chinese knockoffs of quality lighting fixtures made in this country. When i returned the substituted goods they shipped and asked them to credit my Visa account this is the response I got from the owner:
