Sunrocket Fu*ker took my money!
I sign up for SunSh*t $200/yr plan in may/2/07. I only got to use this VOip phone for 2 month and a half. Now they are going out of business that is like me paying 200 dollar for two month of service.. I email them everyday asking them to call/email me back but no response. i call twice a day, the phone line always busy. i have no idea how to get my money back. i want to sue their a*s for not telling me early so they can have time to retun the money back but 150 dollar is not really worth it. It is still money tho which piss me off.. The two company they told sunrocket customer to go to, i think is about to go out of business too. which i will NOT sign up with any of them. they are
8x8/Packet8 and Unified Communications Corp./TeleBlend never heard of them and i will never sign up. planning to go with vonage soon.
