My husband and I spent a great deal of money to build a Sunroom with SRA in Williamstown, in 2006. After a hard sell from the salesmen, we spent almost 20 grand on a room. After several setbacks, It took them over 4 months to complete.

We have had several issues with doors (The original door was broken so he put in a "replacement door" he happened to have in his truck), panels (That pop off regularly) and the carpet since. We called several times to only get rude receptionists. After about 10 calls I received a call back. He set up and appt with me to come to my home and called 2 days after the appt to apologize for not coming.

After the second time we arranged one, I never even got a cancellation call. I also got the runaround about a warranty on the doors, etc, when the salesmen stated to myself that the room had a lifetime guarantee. We haven't used the room in 2 years. A brick keeps the door shut and we ripped up the carpets due to mold issues. We currently have no money to fix it ourselves, so we have attempted our own DIY flooring and failed.

We purchased this room with money we didn't have. We bought this house to my inlaws could live in a handicapped accessible apartment. The room was supposed to be an additional private space away from the shared wall of the apartment. So far, we have a door that won't close (And when it did you had to lift and close it, since the room seems to be uneven), panels that pop off and a concrete floor.

I'm very irritated and angry that 20,000 dollars went right down the toilet. I am a stay at home mother and we rely on one income. After this salesmen pushed us to buy this room (This deal will go away if you don't sign today!). Its only been 5 years and their "amazing quality has fallen short a good 15 years. I truly wish I could tear it down and keep my 20 grand.
