Sunset Auto Exchange ANDY Used Car Dealer Sarasota, Florida

My mother purchased a 2004 Suzuki XL7 from Sunset Auto exchange on November 21st 2011. I was so exicted when she picked me up in it at the bus stop, we had a 2003 Dodge Durango but it wasnt working very well and she didnt have much money or good credit so she heard about Sunset Auto Exchange. She had the Suzuki for 24 days, made a car payment and additional $60.00 towards the reminder of the downpayment of $800.00 on December 7th, 2011. My mother took me and my friend to the mall to get some things for christmas gifts and we where in the mall for about an hour and an half and we came out to get in the car and it was gone. My mom called Sunset Auto Exchange and talked to Casey and asked him what she needed to do because she thought someone stole the car. Casey told her that the car wasnt stolen, that his company came and took the car because she still owed them $740.00 for the downpayment. When my mom paid her car payment on the 7th of December I was there and I heard them tell her that it would be okay if she made payments on the rest of the down payment and then they took her car anyway. Sunset Auto Exchange left me, my friend and mother stranded in a parking lot for two and a half hours. I am only 16 years old and what I would like to know, is what this company is teaching the young world. Is stealing okay. Because I think that is what they did to my family. I have four other siblings and now my mom has to depend on our neighbors to get us to and from school and take her to work. Those people are very bad and I only hope they can never do this to any other person and leave them with no leg to stand on like they did me , my siblings and my mother.
