Please don't let this people well trained rip you off, they will offer you free tour or very cheap tour for a conference for 90 minutes. Conference that will
last for 5 o 6 hours, they will get you down and they will offert you excellent offerts,and tell you that is a good investment because if you don't use you can rent it fo $1500 and the equity of the property will incrise. I have the membership for a 6 years and I have not rent my weeks. I went last month and they toll me that my equity is the same as the 6 years ago.
Honesty this mexican are a motherf______, and sorry for my leng, but don't let them get your money.

memberships in cancun

I do believe your membership would increase in value because Cancun/Mexico is a desirable place. I would have never thought to visit mexico, being a foreigner, but i heard so much about it and decided to give it a chance. It's a beautiful country. I really like the royal sunset resort-their maintenance is unmatchable. I've talked to a few members there and they seem to be very happy with it. I know i had a very good time as it was very nice and the rooms very clean. I didn't buy a membership yet but i may when i go there again in 2010.
