Sunset Harbor Resorts Fruad by deception not honoring contract Willis Texas

Sunset harbor resort used real esate brokers who misrepresented themseves as representives of RCI timeshare exchange and it's law suit settlement.  Told me I had to purchase this timeshare to keep my others due to the law suit.  Hid papers under papers to sign saying they were copies and when you got them sorted and read you had signed papaers not shown to you and represented as  copies to recieve like with a mortage.

The company who was to exchange your points went out of business.   While I kept calling to correct this and get out of this fraudulent real estae transaction;  I was hung up on with no answer, mail box, full multiple rings with no answers, for months then when I did get thru it was too late to correct this due to statue of limitations.

These people know exactly what they are doing.

RCI denies any cupulbability and refuses assitance.

Now this resort is threatening to make our timeshare points unusable unless we use thier exchange service Sunset Hartbor Luxury Condominums 11.  They have sent me multiple emails. and since  August I have recieved multiple calls at home to push me into a decision.  the latest email stated that if I don't use my timeshare there will be a $200 charge.   None of this is in the contract and it is not the practice of the industry to my knowledge as I have dealt with them for 20 years.

This Resort is very underhanded and utilizing the reluctance of anyone; lawyers or travel industries to do anything.
