Sunset Harbor, Willis Texas Points Rental Liquidators Time share rip off at Sunset Harbor Texas Las Vegas Nationwide

I too have been ripped off buy PRL and Sunset Harbor.

This has been a soap opera from day one. We were called to an information meeting to discuss a recent law suit settlement with RCI that impacted our membership with RCI. (We have another time share in Colorado).

The gentlemen were well versed on the subject and spoke with knowledge and understanding explaining the inner working of RCI.

Somehow by the time we left we had committed to a points swap that would enhance our position with RCI. Part of this was swap of points that would give us a time share in Texas. To help this along they put a short term charge of $8600.00 on our credit card. Well, there was no points swap and the charge stood on our credit card. The only thing we had to show for all this was a time share in a poorly reviewed resort in Texas. We have tried to make the best of this, paying our $95.00 maintenance fees each year.

Now we get a letter saying Sunset Harbor is leaving RCI and they want thousands of dollars to do so. We chose not to participate. I am not paying large sums of money to get out of something! Now I get a notice that my maintenance fees are going from $95.00 a year to $360.00. I have told them I am walking away from my ownership of this rip off resort.

I too will participate in any legal action we can take against PRL, their parent company and Sunset Harbor.
