Sunset Marine Outboard Salvage Charged for boat motor service that they never did Pensacola Florida

I took my boat to Sunset Marine for a simple outboard checkup, and I received my boat back unusable with oil leaking badly from the motor down out onto the prop. I never had any problem with the tilt, and they changed a relay saying it was bad, the other relay I get back with a melted casing, and the tilt down doesn't work.  My water pressure gauge was working, now it doesn't.  The boat and motor came back to me with grease and oil all over it.  They claimed they changed the impeller and foot oil, that was never done at all, this I know because I took my boat straight to another boat mechanic that took the time to show me each and every part he inspected.  He doubted that the foot was ever opened up at all.  I have pics of these parts, I hope I can load them here.  I was handed a $400 bill for 3 spark plugs because that's all they changed.  When I found out that I had been ripped off, I filed a BBB report and Sunset Marine never answered them or me.  I want ALL of my money back.
