I put a $500 deposit on a 2000 BMW 528i to hold the vehicle in good faith after reviewing pictures and reviewing the equipment list they have on multiple sites featuring this car.
I drove 3 1/2 hours to find out it did NOT have heated seats which was a must have option for us.
Since I was driving 3 1/2 hours each way to purchase the car I made it quite clear about the heated seats option as a MUST HAVE...
I arrived at the dealership Saturday, Jan. 2, 2016, the car did not have the correct equipment as stated on their sites. See https://www.carsforsale.com/vehicle/details/11268881
Before leaving the dealership Borhan (Bob) Bizre assured me that he would return my $500 deposit within a 1/2 hour I should receive an email verifying it went back on my credit card which never happened.
I will not stop until my deposit is returned! ! !

You can always put this matter into contest with the credit card company. Secondly, you do know used BMW's have a documented history of being problem cars, right?
