Sunshine Corporation Gouging outgoing tenants with high eroneous fees Memphis Tennessee

A tenant moves in leaves a deposit and takes care of the apartment and never has an overdue rent in the year they lease the apartment. A normal dwelling has normal depreciation and wear and tear for each tenant. When tenant moves out they clean and get apartment in the condition it was in when occupied except what is normal depreciation, drip pans, painting etc. and has floors cleaned, but is then sent an enormous bill that claims eroneous
items that are wrong that total more than the apartment is rented for and surely more than it is worth. Then is threatened by the corporation with credit collectors if not paid. Never do they give back a deposit regardless of shape of apartment. This corporation is very dishonest. I would never advise any one looking for an apartment to sign a lease with this entity.
