Sunshine Helicopters Beware! Will promise HD Videos available and Not available in most helicopters. Don't Hawaii Nationwide

Went there last month and was promised the A-Star had been converted to new HD cameras. Based solely upon this, we agreed to book a flight for two. We wanted to be on a Echo-Star, but they didn't fly them out of the airport. The pilot forgot to hit the record button and upon the end of the flight, we couldn't purchase our videos (which was imperative!). We wanted to share this experience with family and I was on my last vacation to Hawaii, and only time to Kauai...I have a terminal illness. They robbed me of this important experience with inept employees and pilots. This was the most important part of our vacation.  They promised me a refund, but never followed through. Avoid!
