Sunshine Travel - Florida Travel - BestUSA Ripoff 6 months after being scammed company still trying to scam me and stil no refund Orlando Florida

6 months Sunshine Travel Escapes (alias) Florida Travel (alias) Best USA vacations(alias) bestusavacations.com deducted 895 Euro from my credit card for a holiday. I sent the package back to them and I am still fighting for a refund.

I have called them for 6 months now and have spoken to many people i what they call their fulfilment centre. Finally 3 weeks ago a Mr A Marley said that my refund was on its way. What a liar. The story now gets even better.Tonight I managed to get hold of Mr Marley again and I was transferred to a Ms Kerry Pattel. She explained to me that she would tell me the truth. She told me that the company had gone bankrupton December 28th, 2005 but as a favour (Wait for it) she would resend the package to me. I am here to tell you that it is all lies. We got in touch with the Dept of Agriculture and Sunshine Travel was not even registered with them.

For anyone who has been in the same situation, please do not believe what they tell you. here are a few names you can contact, if nothing more than just to annoy the h**l out of them:
