I think we can leave it up to the public to decide which one of us is lying. You're a one-man operation with sub-contracted installers and pretending to be a big window company and you don't tell consumers that their warranty doesn't cover your shabby sub-contracted high-turnover crew that changes from season to season or whenever you find someone cheaper on craigslist. It's a manufacturers warranty and the manufacturer told us that they weren't responsible for the our problems because it was the result of your installers. I am sure you don't remember my name because you make a point to block numbers of customers (and former employees) that you ripoff. If you think being listed on ripoff report is great publicity for your Google ranking then you're only letting readers know how much of a sarcastic arse you are.

Speaking of rippoffs...apparently you're guilty of ripping off your own contracted workers, as seen by this report:

I suppose you don't remember his name either. You haven't been selling windows in this area for years; I discovered through one of your former employers that you worked for them selling windows as a window salesman. Tell the truth and find an honest living. I hope people research this during their 3 day right to cancel so they can get their money back.

Since we have no record of meeting with anyone named Frank, and most certainly did not give him a siding quote, we can only make assumptions about who wrote this and what their true motives are.  We do know one thing however, which is that “Frank” is most certainly NOT a customer of our company.  We are thus forced to label this complaint as FAKE NEWS!  We would like to take the time to thank “Frank” for helping us get closer to the front page on Google without spending a single dollar on SEO or social media!
