 If I could give no stars I would!!! They are fraudulent will literately make up work they did to charge you money. You will regret it if you bring your bike here I promise. That and when you take your bike to a certified dealer and you pay time and time over for it you expect oem parts right.... Wrong! You get the same exact cheap 20 dollar rectifier from China or Hong Kong. Instead of three times the profit it's more like 5 times with cheap parts. Splicing wires instead of fixing connectors is a general acceptable practice here. Shrink wrap and the same wiring that had issues melting touching the rectifier was used. Parts numbers don't match up to what they tell you then it's the run around that actually the parts are cross referenced into

their system and told me they do use cheap Chinese garbage and charge you crazy for it. 20 dollar Chinese rectifiers go for 100 bucks here what's normally a plug and play deal is not in my case because lazy techs felt that shrink wrap is the way to go. Leaving you feeling abandoned when they say there's nothing more they can do and Infact we never want to see your bike here again! Tony the manager completely lied to me. They told me there was actually a part they did not install and the reason he knows why is its on his desk. Ok so bring it back and I specifically asked him I don't want the same garbage tech working on my bike he agreed saying its policy to have another tech work on the bike after problems

arise. Having a fresh set of eyes on the problem is exactly what's best 9 times out of 10. I agreed and come to find out same old Joseph b worked on my bike again. Why would he find that hey someone cut corners here and "hard wired" wires in instead of taking any type of pride in their work. Can I get a connector? Guess not. Garbage techs produce garbage work. They are more then ok with this. 4 months and 1200 dollars later my bike is still exactly in the same shape not starting or running well. Blaming other issues on them not being able to produce results. I asked for any and every bit of the bike to get evaluated and adressed they let it take four months so they could blame a change of

management and guys who no longer work here said that or did this which isn't common practice Mumbo jumbo. One ticket for drama while getting your bike addressed. The list goes on and on. I could have. A field day on these hacks. They have Cracker Jack techs putting in peanut parts. My little brother does better work quicker then these guys. Do yourself the biggest favor of all and YouTube common issues and how to fix it go to eBay and spend a weekend in the garage. I guarantee you your work never have ever touching a bike in your life will exceed what you get taking it here. Not to mention parts not being replaced and the last time I picked up my bike the overflow tank shot hot antifreeze all

over me and exploded had to take an ambulance ride to make sure I was Ok. Insult to injury they told me is my problem after taking it a maximum of 2 miles from the shop they told me deal with it and left me stranded
