I got this letter and check in the mail saying I won Lotto, Reader's Digest, Publisher's Clearing House, Sweepstakes and I didn't even enter any of them. So I brought this letter to work to look it up on the net and found other rip off reports about it. Lucky for me others have gotten this letter before me and file a report about it so it didn't cost me anything.
