SUNTEC FINANCIAL TRUST SERVICES Suntec Financial Trust Services Subject: Award Claim Notification Brossard Quebec Canada

Just like the others I have received a letter from SUNTEC Financial Trust Services. The letter came with a check for $2,950.00 and states that I have won some contast from Reader's Digest, Publisher's Clearing House, Sweepstakes... It says "I am a winner in the 3rd category and that my funds have now been deposited with us and insured in my name. There is a required processing and administration fees on my winnings. They have enclosed the check to enable me to pay for the processing with out undue financial difficulties. My balance of $42,050 will be sent via special delivery by courier within two business days upon payment confirmation... The funds will be on hold until authorized by the claim agent: Mrs. Sandra Bauer at 1-450-675-3809. I'm supposed to call this number and quote my reference and batch numbers with them and the prize money must be claimed no later than may 20th... The letter is signed Best Regards, Karin Kovasec, Director, Claims & Accounting... I work in a fraud investigation dept at a bank so I have heard of this type of scam, but this is the first time I have received a letter like this one. The letter itself doesn't look very official just basic font with the typical Word business stationary format with no actual company letter head... The check looks real however I know from work that If I cash it my bank will put a hold on the funds and if I send it in to this address they will cash my check and stop payment on this one! If you get one of these DO NOT CASH THE CHECK! This company will steal your money and ruin your credit and bank account!!!
