Suntrup Buick Pontiac Dealer In St. Peters ripoff, dihonest, commits fraud, crappy service, St. Peters Missouri

I bought a Pontiac Grand Prix in January 2002. I took it home and notice that there was ripples and bubbles in the paint along with some rust on one of the doors. So I took it back up to Suntrup and showed Mike Schrampke how the paint was messed up and he told me to take it to Suntrup in Bridgeton to let them repaint and fix the ripples. So I took the car over to the Brideton location and they got me a rental car, so one week later I picked the car up and notice more bubbles in the paint.

Needless to say I took the car back a total of 6 times for the paint, and the more they buffed on it, I started to notice dents on the car, which prompted me to check into carfax to not only find out that the car had HAIL Damage and found out that the car was also a rental car and was in a Salvage Auction. I wrote a letter to the owner Tom Suntrup, which he never responded.

Then I tried to talk to Mike Schrampke and the Service department Supervisor and they told me that they would not fix my car any more no matter if they messed it up or not. So I contacted the General Manager and he was no help either. So now I still have the Hail Damage dents on my car Because they would not fix them.

This Company will Hide the Damage Disclosure from it's Buyers and INTENTIONALLY COMMITS FRAUD and really doesn't care about it.
