Supabill.com ripoff dishonest fraudulant billing

The terms and conditions by Supabill are unfair practices where fees are concerned. They put a "hold" on credit cards for monies to ensure they are available if the 'free pass' member applies for full membership.

Point 1 - Full membership silver is only 39.99. Point 2. An application to get full member status never appears (as far as I can see. Point 3. I received an e-mail from the site supabill supports stating my 'free membership' was expiring if I did not return to the site. Ponit 4. If you do return to the site (even during free membership) you are automatically signing up for full membership. I visited the site once and never returned.

I was charged $49.99 without so much as a question in e-mail would I like to become a full member? I feel this practice is fraudulant and unfair. I have an attorney reading the terms and conditions as I am writing this report.
