Super Appliance Man Flooded our kitchen due to their negligence and refusing to pay for the damages Chicago IL

This is by far the worst most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.  Last summer my fiance and I were standing in our kitchen when we noticed water starting to seep out from under the fridge.  We immediately turned the water off and cleaned the floors.  Super Appliance Man was scheduled to come out through our Homeowners Insurance.

First, they missed their scheduled appointment without any notification.  No one even knew that no one had shown up until I called them.  They finally showed up the second time.  Their technician came in, pulled the fridge out from the wall and turned the water on in order to see where the leak was coming from.  He then pushed the fridge back and told us he would need to order a part.  However, unbeknownst to us he had failed to turn the water back off. 

We then left the house for the day and came home that night to a flooded kitchen.  I immediately called Super Appliance Man the next day and spoke to their office manager.  She apologized and told me to get a quote for the damages and send it to them.  It wasn't until I sent a full quote that they changed their tune and denied any responsibility, even going as far as to accuse us of purposely damaging our floors.  I have never dealt with a less professional, more rude group of people. 

If this business had any sort of credibility they would admit fault and stand behind their service and make it right.  Now I am dealing with thousands of dollars in construction to not only replace the floors but our contractors have now found mold due to the length of time water sat soaking on the floors and under our cabinets.  This company has so many negative reviews I would highly advise anyone looking for a repair company to stay far away from these people.
