dmitrimarkine.com found superdjproductions.com violating copyrights by using photographs which were unavailable for sale. They did not pay or had permission to use it. Website used these and many other images without permission or payment.
When Andre Smith (the DJ,owner) was reached, he ignored the email communication. Then was rude and hang up during an attempt to call him. Then eventually sent a message denying everything.
The actions are not only constitute as copyright infringement with up to $150,000 in damages per image,but also disrespectful towards photographers who make money by selling images.
