I was online looking up health product. I saw the advert for this company (Guraran Pure) offering a trial at $5.95. I ordered and received an email stating my items will be shipped and expect it within 8-10 days with an order ID. However I never received the product. Then 16 days later $79.95 was taken out of my account.

When I bought the product there was no mention as I followed the steps to order the product that said to email within 15 days of the original order date to cancel if unsatisfied or a charge of $79.95USD will be taken of your account.

I ordered the product and never received the product nor was an email sent as a reminder around the 15 day mark to enquire if I would like to go ahead. Next thing I know 16 days later money was taken out. I then sent an email advising that I never received the product and nor did I authorise for another amount to be taken out of my account and I have alerted my bank of the situation.

After the company received my email, they sent an email stating:
We hope you enjoy the items that you have purchased.
As you have not emailed us that you would like to return us the unused portion of the pills at the end of 15 days, we thank you for the acceptance of our product and we have now charged your order GP33219 $79.95 for the product received.

Statement on your credit card would appear as SUPER-LIFEPRODUCTS

So in essence they ignored my email and covered themselves by the above email.

Where they state that you have only 15 days from the original date of purchase to inform them, is at the bottom of the screen in the terms and conditions. In all honesty, you can not see that page when you are registering etc, unless you make a conscious effort to scroll, as all the information like signing up etc is at eye level.

Secondly if it takes 8-10 days to receive the product (in my case never happened), how are you meant to assess within the 15 day mark if you like the product or not. As it only gives you a maximum of 5 days to make a decision.

I have sent emails to the company and I havent received any responses thus far to my enquiry.

Please be weary if you see an advertisement for Guarana Pure and they cover other health supplements like Spirulina.
