This woman is not to be believed!  I met with her recently and all she wanted was my money...guess why?  She said I had real potential for the modeling biz, but I would have to "prepare" myself better.  You know what she wanted me to do?  Get a photo shoot with her photographer...you should see the photos she has taken of her models...plain jane, hardly any makeup, simple hairdos, just regular streetwear..."nothing fussy or dressy". Now, I ask, what kind of pictures are those???  And, furthermore, she wanted me to cut off my hair, get rid of my blue eyeshadow and heavy mascara and I can't show any "skin" in the middle or wear anything suggestive.  What is this woman trying to do? I don't want to look like a little kid, I want to look older.  She says she wants her models presented in a "clean, classic look" and that's what the big agents want in the  big markets.  How does she know...she's only worked at this for twenty some years.  She wanted me to do some "training", too, and you know what, she wanted money for her knowledge and her services.  And, she told me that she wanted me to know that while there are no guarantees in this biz, perserverance and hard work do pay off, and I might have a career in as little as a year!! I don't have a year to wait for that...and I don't see why I have to pay anyone for services...I am SO insulted.  Imagine.... actually paying someone to help you start your career!
