I ordered the very overpriced 6 monitor stand from this company. 

They state 3-5 day shipping on thier site , I ordered this stand on 8/25/2018 ,  I needed this to work , I moved apartments and all of my monitors were previously on the wall. I threw out the wall mounts in anticipation of this stand ,  

on 8/29 I recieved in a beat up box wrapped in tape and random peices of cardboard the arms for the stand.  No poles , no base. 
I called to inquire about what happened as when I ordered there was 1 tracking number and only 1 shipment , I had thought the driver forgot. 

When I called the number listed on the site , it goes to google voice and then hung up on me .  I called 3 more times and I got through to some guy who was obviously sleeping at 3pm , yawning ,  the first thing he says is "umm did you just call me like 20 times in a row"  

I said no , I called you 3 times and you were not picking up your phone inside your "available hours "  listed on the site. 10am-6pm M-F CT , 

He was very rude and just said the order is still processing.  It didnt make sense to me because i had recieved 1 tracking number. No notifications of additional packages. It was very confusing. He told me to calm down that it would be here monday of the following week.   I had asked if he could send me the tracking number for the second shipment becasue his backend system and emails showed this as 1 shipment. He said he would.  Surprise Surprise , he did not do so .  

I decided to wait.  I finally got a Fedex email saying another package would be delivered wed. (not monday)  and that is today.   Again , this is just the poles for the stand and not the base.  No mention of additional packages or parts ,  no install instructions , no hardware. No idea what is going on and this monitor stand cost me $1000.  

Again I tried to call ,  it goes nowhere, I tried skype , no response ,  email , no response ,  all within the "available hours" listed on the site.  

At this point I am placing a chargeback on my card , I have no idea if the rest of the monitor stand will show up. I have no clue how to assemble it all or if all the parts are there.  Ordered on 8/25/2018  ,  it is now 9/5/2018 and all of the stand has not even shipped when they claim a 3-5 day ship time.  

All of this might have been fine if it was handled properly and my expectations were lowered to the truth of the situation. However , rather than deal with this. The kid that owns this company dercided to catch an attitude and ignore me.  Im a pretty simply guy. I just want to know what is going on , especially ordering something so expensive. He coulnt care less about my business or his own business for that matter. 

Severely dissapointed. All this would have taken is a little respect and effort.  This company is a total ripoff. Do not spend your money here.
