On 6.17.15 I ordered a motherboard from this company, it arrived with bent socket pins & cosmetic damage. This was clearly a used, ruined product. I contacted them & requested a Return Mechandise Authorisation; they requested photos of the bent pins. I supplied said photos & they responded they would not take the board back because it had bent pins.
