This company practices ludicrous business practices. Plain and simple, if you buy from them, and the item is defective, they keep your money at all costs. I purchased a motherboard with audio issues, and have since opened a BBB complaint, a Google Trusted Stores complaint, and paid $10 of my own money for return shipping in a $70 item.

I was a first time customer, and now I am a last time customer. As of a full month now, they have refused my money back stating REPEATEDLY that the board ISN'T broken, but that if I change my story to one they like, they will process the refund.

Stay away! SCAM!!!! Buy from (((competitor's name redacted))) or (((competitor's name redacted))), they are the BEST, and I never should have chosen a new company for something that these 2 wonderful companies could have done for me (and did, afterward).

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
