I sound like everyone else here, with a twist on company names. I placed order for phentermine on 5/3/06 with superbrx.com and immediately received an email about the "backlog" and order would be processed in 10-15 days.
After about 12 days, I began checking with no activity other than my card being billed just a few days after order was placed. I began calling superbrx's customer service number of 1-866-800-0692 and mostly received an automated system. Once I finally got a person, I was told my order would ship the by the end of May.
I have called and emailed and finally told them I was filing report on this site. I knew I was taking a chance ordering online, but hope to prevent anyone else from going through this ordeal with this company.
Shall I just call my bank and report the activity but no good received? I just don't know how to handle this with the bank. Any suggestions appreciated.

What a shock - order received!

I notified superbrx and safetrust via email yesterday that I had reported them to this site as scam artists. Someone emailed me back promptly that my order was being moved to a "priority" to which I responded that this was not acceptable. I responded that I wanted either a refund or a FedEx tracking number before the end of the day..... lo and behold they shipped out my order that same day. I received it this morning. Obviously, you have to make a big fuss with these folks. And I probably got lucky, too. My impression is still that they are scam artists - I will never do business with them again.

Suggestion for resolving your issue: It WORKED for me!

I too, was a consumer of NDA Pharmacy/Safetrust Processing whom was scammed. Foratunately, I had a friend who experienced the same problem with the pharmacy and somehow, was able to acquire a legitimate email account for the pharmacy, request a refund, and she actually received a response from "customer service," stating that due to a Phentermine shortage, she could request a full refund. The pharmacy actually provided her an official order tracking number and her product was shipped within one day of her request.
I followed suit after numerous failed attempts through the pharmacy website and phone number provided which you should also find on your bank/credit card statement when the funds were drafted. I was not provided an order tracking number. The pharmacy actually cancelled my order per my request and it appeared that evening when I went in to check on my order status. I was told it would take 3-5 business days to process the refund. After 3.5 weeks and numerous follow ups, checking on the status, I gave up and contacted my bank.
I suggest emailing this account:
cs.safetrustprocessing@intwebgroup.com
Provide your order number in the subject line. Try and keep the email polite. In my experience, customer service tended to respond to emails with a nicer tone. Be persistant and KEEP ALL copies of your email and phone log banter. Also copy several pages of the Rip Off Report that contain complaints against NDA/Safetrust.
My bank required me to fill out a form, disputing the charge. They wanted to see all supporting documents (email requests to customer service and their responses, rip off reports, etc.) and the reason I disputed the charge was because I never received product ordered and when I attempted to cancel the order and request a refund, they indicated they would comply but never did.
My bank fully reversed the charge within 3 days which is the protocol for my bank. Don't be a victim! Take back what is yours. Realize, it may take a week or two of consistent emailing and waiting for responses but that's the proof you need, to show you attempted to contact them. I also suggest placing a delivery receipt on all outgoing mail to customer service.

If you google Gerald C Morris M.D. his phone number comes up in Mashpee, Massachusetts. Give him a call and maybe the medical licensing board.

Do a chargeback now!

Gerald C Morris M.D. also filled my RX last month on the 6th. My online place was rxnetsecure.com and ndapharmacy.com is the same company. it appears they have many other websites under many names. Mnay places of origin, Panama to Florida. They are still to this day taking money and they know they are not going to fill them. Call your credit card company now. Some have said when the chargeback comes through they finally get their order. Charegbacks cost them money over and about losing the initial amount. That is if these people can be found. If there was a phentermine shortage then don't sell something you don't have. That is called fraud.
