Ordered 2 extra long lighting cables from vendor last week in December. Surprised that they offer free shipping. Placed order on line used PayPal.
Waited about three weeks and when husband asked "where are those cables"? I checked to see that PayPal processed and it did. Sent two emails asking for tracking numbers, never got a response back from either. Initated a claim on the 10 dollar PayPal transaction and miraculously three days later, the two cables show up in the mail.
The USPS label was created on December 31 and didn't get the item until January 24th. So, looks like they shipped item out when they received a complaint.
Do not know what the deal is with this company but would not order from them again. Something is very shady. Let's see how long the cables work until they break.
