Ordered items Aug 31, per retailer didn't ship unti Sept 9 and finally arrived Sept 21st. Don't believe that it shipped Sept 9.

Items are of poor quality.

One item did not function at all. Contacted company, was advised to send back and it would be replaced. Never heard from company despite four followup emails.
