EDitor's UPDATED info 2-20-04: Rip-off Report is still receiving complaints that they are not receiving the refunds as promised. Rip-off Report has been in contact with the Company and has made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation/proof of over 2,600 refunds to date, on a spreadsheet, and Rip-off Report staff called and verified more than a dozen consumers at random, all very angry & outraged, but, they all did get their refund. The company again apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days. As we understand it, this company only does the processing for all the other companies, so they are at the mercy of those companies funds, further delaying your refund.

Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, ..we'll see. Rip-off Report will continue to investigate more into this situation, and we will eventually post an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605

On 2 Feb 04, I received a call from this company for a credit card. The cost would be 299.00. I gave all my bank information to this company and was told if I changed my mind to call back within three days to stop the transaction.

Well, on the third day I decided I didn't want this credit card and cancelled the transaction. About two weeks later my checking account was charged 299.00. I got on the phone to call this company. They apoligized and said I would get the monies deposited back into my account soon.

I have called them about daily since this time and keep getting the run around. Jessia Daniels, the manager, tells me the same thing every day when I call. There is only one guy in the office that can refund my monies and he is out. She has promised to call me back daily and hasn't yet.

Because of what this company did to me, many of my checks were returned and the bank has charged me over 300.00 dollars in service charges. I feel this is so wrong. It has been over two months and still to this day I haven't got my refund. I will continue to call daily.

This company is now going under Centurion Financial Benefit Services at 866-784-0260. I was called last night 18 Jan 05 by someone name Christen. This was for a unsecure card at 249.00. I didn't give my credit card information. Instead I checked this website and found them. Thanks Rip Off..
