Superior Benefits, credit repair specialists,
$2,000 credit line in exchange for $299, is lacated in Camplain New York. Phone Number 800-554-0556. When the person called they told me that I had been approved for a Visa card with a $2000 credit line but to get the credit card I had to pay $299.
I told the telemarketer that I could not afford the money so he told me what ever I wanted to hear to get me to agree to getting the card. After the money was taken out of my account it took over a month to get my Superior Benefits package when the telemarter told me it would be to me with in a week federal express. In the package there was no credit card.
When I called the customer service company they told me that if I didn't want the package that I could send it back but my credit card forms would be coming from a separate bank. So I sent the package back to them. After I had sent the package back to them they old me that I would not be receiving a credit and that they had stop the processing card because I didn't want to use there services.
They told me that I would not be getting my money back because they had gotten me approved for the card. I asked if I am approved and I paid the processing fee why wouldn't I get a card they told me that the point of them getting me approved for the card was so that I could use their services and since I did not want to use their services I will not be getting my card and they will be keeping my processing fee of $200.
When I asked to speak with a Supervisor the customer service representative hung up the phone on me.

I emailed the company after I had discovered that they only gave me a partial refund. No one contacted me after my email but I checked my bank account and I found that the rest on of the refund took a little while to hit my account but it did.

still not satisfied gave me $99 refund for my $299 payment

The company contacted me. The guy who called me told me that I was going to be recieving a $269 refund in 5 to 7 business days. I checked my account and all I received was $99 as a refund. I do not beleive that $99 in exchange for my $299 payment is a fair trade. I am very upset I emailed them and they have not contacted me yet. I contacted my bank and they representative told me to come in and fill out a ACH form so that they can help my get my money back. I do not fill that I should have to go through all of that to get my money back but I will. These are crooks and I hope they get what is coming to them.
