Superior Court Of The Ogeechee Judicial Circuit Child support court order on a 30 year daughter for child support that was paid. No court order was sent out by the court. No notice of any kind given STATESBORO Georgia

I was sent a letter for child support dated October 30, 2007, to an old address of 5 years ago. I got the letter in December. On top of being ripped off, I am sent a letter using an old address from the Ogeechee Statesboro Office of Child Support Services. I found out later that the Statesboro office was relocating.

How was I to reply in 30 days?

The person filing the child support request had my current address. I had completed paying, in full, my child support. The person requested more money on a daughter 30 years of age and currently teaching at a high school in Georgia.

November 27, 2007 On November 30th, the Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) located at 1 Courtland Street, Statesboro, Georgia will be closing. This closure is due to its relocation to its new office at 34 Hill Street, Statesboro, Georgia.

Due to the relocation planned for early 2008, the current office will be closed during the months of December and January. All staff will be temporarily reassigned to other state offices in the surrounding area. I wondered why I could not contact them in December and January.

I contacted my attorney in Fort Worth, Texas. He said sometimes that states do not follow other states child support orders. He never sent a follow up letter. I told him that the feds would get my tax refund. Basically he told me, "Too bad."

So now the feds have taken all my tax refund monies and I may not have a job.
