Superior Distribution AZC Company steals its customers money and it does not accept any type of returns Mesa Arizona

this company contacted us on 12/10/2013 and they informed us of a free product as long as we paid the shipping....  we paid 9.95 for the shipping and handling of the product.........After two weeks this company went ahead and placed an unauthorized order and billed me $99.90.......I called them and they claimed that the order was placed on a automatic cycle..........This company never disclosed that we will be billed automatically for product we didn't ask for.....This company also doesn't accept returns on any of there products.......the billing dept is handled by a third party........this company is a big scam and i would love to be part of a class action lawsuit against them.....this company is not operating as a legitament business...It seems to take advantage of the free world and it needs to be stopped........
