Superior Moving ,Superior Moving And Storage Scammed Pompano Beach Florida

This was an absolute nightmare. They tried demanding more money from us refusing to give us our stuff off the truck. When we told them we would call the police they started emptying the truck. They literally through stuff around in our house damaging our walls, bed frame, china cabinet, glasses, bbq, fridge, and tons more. They lost and / or stole electronics of my husbands and broke my kids bunk beds. They disappeared with out stuff for days and refused to take our call. They dont have an answering service so would just go to voice mail. We got the drivers cell # and he kept picking up and hanging up on us. Then he lied and said he was stuck for 2 days with a flat tire. They were nasty angy men who scared my twin 3 year olds to death.

They refuse to pay one penny on the broken furniture and have actually cursed my husband out and threatened him. The one lady Stacy is such a liar and she guaranteed our stuff would be there on the date written but said if they got a flat they could not control that. I asked her do you maintain the trucks and she said of course; and then they had the nerve to call us up after 2 days missing with our stuff to say they had a flat. You should see all the complaints about the BBB on this one.

I am up for a class action loss suit and since there are 4 other complaints on this site I think we should! I lost years off my life from the traumatic experience. We also had 5 guys to load and just 2 made the delivery for a 5 bedroom house and they took about a half our between each item. They scared me and my kids into just sitting there till 11 at night leaving us with a pile of broken furniture. I have pictures and video footage of it. STAY AWAY!!!

PS the BBB certification means nothing. We put in a complaint with them to along with the other 48 people and they still flash their BBB cerification. I am not sure what their rules are but I should have looked. I learned my lesson!! This happened 6 months ago and they still refused to pay us a penny despite the invoices and reports of damage sent.
