SUPERIOR POWERSPORTS Item Not Shipped, Account Not Credited & Rude Customer Service! city of industry, California

 I would not order anything ever again from this company. First of all, we ordered 2 pit bikes and assumed the order went through (they had no problem charging my credit card within 10 seconds of placing the order on line). At the time the order was placed, it showed available. When we called 5 days later to find out the status of the order and check into the ETA, we were told that the item was backordered (this isn't even close to available like it showed when order was placed). We were told the bike would not be available for about 2 months.  Humm...no phone call from the company to tell us this.

We CANCELED the bike that was backordered, and 2 weeks later we still have not received a credit on our account nor have they even shipped the 2nd bike out (that we ordered on 2/21!!!!).  I would not do business with this company if I were you.  When I tried to contact them to request a copy of my credit to show that it is being processed, they put me on hold and never returned (must be the lady's polite way of hanging up).

This company will be reported to the BBB (which I checked and they already have 95 complaints through the BBB).  When I am done, they will have 96 complaints.  I am now going to call my bank and see if we can report them in another way, and the consumer affairs department.  I can understand if it takes a few days for the credit to appear, but today is March 13 and I contacted them on 2/29 to request a copy of the credit and they said it's being processed at that time.  

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND SHOULD HAVE RESEARCHED THEM BEFORE WE PLACED AN ORDER BECAUSE THE CONSUMER COMPLAINTS WOULD HAVE TOLD ME TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
