Superior Sunscriptions Magazine subscription scam San Diego California

I bought a 3 year subscription to Golf Digest Magazine in January 2008 through this scammers e-bay store. Paid immediately with paypal, got confirmation. Time passed and no subscription arrived. I tried to contact the scammer and got no response. I contacted Golf Digest 11 weeks after purchase and they had no subscription in my name or address. I kept trying to contact the sammer and he eventually responded. He claimed the "clearing house" cancelled the order without his knowledge and that he would issue a refund "on Monday". Monday came and went with no refund. He now again refuses to answer email or phone calls.

E-bay has finally stopped allowing magazine sales thanks to scams like this, so he's been driven off e-bay and onto a web site:
