I have been threatened for the past 11 years with this loan by the Dep. of Edu.. THe IRS has taken my Income tax for the past 6 years for this student loan I never had. They have just sent it to a collection agency act WHO added on an additional $1,362.49 so its now up to $6,904.00 I still owe for a student loan I never had. tHE Superior Training Serice filed bankruptcy in 1983.
My name is Danny Bounds, The Department of Eduacation has been taking all the money they can get for the past 11 years for a student loan I never had or qualified to get in the 1st place. They are also taking $69.00 monthly out of my Social Security Dissability. I am looking for anyone that wants to get involved in a class action law suit against Superior Training Services and their subsidareries. If you are interested in joining this class action lawsuit please send a stamped self addressed envelope and a brief history of the loan and what school , is the school open or closed, the year the loan was taken out, the name of the bank, and the amount, and the name of the debt collectors that hve been hounding you like ACT (Accounts Control Technology,inc. out of Bakersfield , Ca.

We are Superior CNA training Services. We are a licensed school and provide medical related training. We have had several people call us and state they took "mechanical operating" or "truck driving" from Superior Training and they are receiving bills from student loans. THIS IS NOT OUR SCHOOL!! Apparently there was a school with the same name but different state. We are in Florida. And also, different type of training. We have been here since 2005 and provide health type training only. The reports we have received from ones complaining about this other school have been when they were in school back in the 80's, and in a different stae that we have never been in.
