superlifts.com - Superior Lifts request money up front and you will never receive goods Aurora Missouri

I purchased a lift from superior lifts (www.superlifts.com) and paid in full, after their sales person (I believe Scott was his name) called me. This was after I inquired about information. The sales person reduced the price over the phone two times and I agreed to purchase. I was told on May 14 on the phone and in writing that I would receive the lift in 5-6 weeks. It is July 26, 2009, and the lift has never shipped.

I was lied to on July 6, 2009 when they said the lift shipped, and later to find out they never shipped it. I have been told three times that they were going to ship, and they have not. When I requested my $5000.00 back they said that they already have purchased the materials and cannot refund my money. When their shop manager told me this I knew that they never attended to fabricate my lift, or have not even started on my lift to date.

I requested a refund from my credit card company, which take up to 30 days. I wrote a letter to Keith Goolsby, but he is missing in action, I'm sure by choice. Now that I have gone through this experience I have found other people that have had the same problems. Don't get talked into buying at any price you will never get it.
