Superor Moving and Storage -Ripoff artists- Pompano, Florida

HORRIBLE!!!! Do not use these movers. A box that was labeled and contained a ps3 slim gaming console was not delivered. My son purchased this with his own money. A police report was filed and a complaint with the better business bureau was reported. A rejected claim letter stated that the boxes were packed by the shipper (our family)so Superior moving and storage was not responsible. The owner Anthony Aglione acted as if he did not believe that the two movers would "take" it.I did not even make an issue about all of the holes in the walls that the movers made. I cannot believe all of the complaints against this company. My sister found this company through the better business bureau. When I filed the complaint I discovered that over 30 complaints had been filed within the past 36 months. I cannot believe that they earned a certification from them. It means nothing. I have ventured on several websites and have read many nightmare stories about this cmpany. In retrospect I should have investigated this company more, They are rip-off artists.
