SuperSonicAds Committed an act of Fraud Internet

I was playing an online game and decided that I needed more gems. I went to the get gems and then clicked free gems. I scrolled down and saw a company Called swap.com that if you made a purchase you would be rewarded gems. I made a large purchase but never received any gems. I sent them a support ticket and after 2 days I was told that it was denied. they stated that I needed to send in proof of the purchase with time and date. I sent in the email that I received as soon as I placed the order and the email stating that the order had shipped. I have not heard back yet and that was over 48 hours ago. I am an attorney and have set up mediation and want to file a class action lawsuit against the company. Too many people have let this just go away and lost the gems they were to acquire.
