Bob you need to Removed the rip off report and then we will give you your Refund , How dare you Lie about Our Company I would like it removed ASAP we will give you your money back I told you.We called you and have Proof of Email after Email and we put you in contact with BMS MOTORSPORTS who sells the buggy to us and then we sale to you the consumer, BMS explain to you That the 400cc Yahma Buggy would not be in because the motor was not Right has Patrick the owner told you.and the fact that BMS and Supersportz gave you a vin number. and you BOB SPAIN, sign a contract Our Company called you and Email you more than 10 times and called you about 20 times to let you know that its not in , you said I will wait last week the buggy came in and you said you do not want it,  our web site it states on buggies if you cancle your order there will be a 35% Restocking Fee . but when you told us on Wensday the   10-17-2010 our company told you will have your refund on Friday , when we saw that you call and notife Rip off , we now have an issue, But now that you have slander our Company you will be Herring from our lawyer Monday morning   we will take you to court for slander we have sent you a letter in the mail to remove this at once. You fail to say in the Rip off .com That we offer your money back to you and that we kept you posted and you fail to say the reason you cancle is because your wife has cancer I Respect that  I have been through a life of cancer and My 5 kids and I lost there Mom and my wife so I pray that your wife does not have Cancer, But if she does God be with you. You will get your money but you will be sued. The fact that we have been in Business for 6 years and 2 complaints, and that we have sold over 60,000 atvs scooters go karts and we have 2 locations why would we want your money and we donate thousand of dollars to Cancer fights hockey and other charity events.and you can call the Ducks and Anaheim Ice, we have donated every year so how dare you  right this about our company and we are proud sponsor to Ontario Riegn Hockey Team , to give to the men and woman who served in the arm forces . we donated 9 scooters to help raised money . the fact that we have (A) ON THE BBB if anyone out there would like to see E MAILS BACK IN FORTH to BOB Spain, were supersportz said we will give you your refund,and we will call you when it comes in but you chose not to.  you are welcome to see the chatt back in forth. so the next time you want to right negative things about supersportz have your facts in order.  certifed Letter was mailed to you To day 10-22-10

If you do not reply to our request we will have no choice but to pay you and then are lawyer will Take you to court and sued you for a-lot more than 4,384.99 hundred dollars the last person that Slander us for 1200.00 Dollars we sued them and won a settlement for 5,000 in Slander Damage.
