I never got anything for my $4,384.99, since 5/22/10, even after asking for a refund instead. Perhaps this is a police matter.

Yea, for sure Dude! Ummm .... like..... you bees one of thos Ch*town, bleeding heart, Odummer loving liboturds, huh? It's, like, um.... everything with you is "freakin", right man?
Look, idiot (and I'm insulting idiots by clumping you in with them!) it doesn't matter if the the conversation is over a 5 cent candy bar. Using proper English and grammar delineates (yea, I know, big freakin word for you huh? look it up!) your education, social standing, and class (of which you obviously have none!). So,to summarize, grammar DOES matter you dork!

Trike Ripoff

I purchased a Road Warrior 250cc Trike June 2010 from Supersportz. It never ran right after the first month.(One cylinder doesn't fire, signals aren't working, gas leaking from fuel pump) it took 2 months of calling and emails to get a responce from the company(Tom Spires).
They tried to fix the major problems with the motorcycle but were unsuccessful. I asked for my money back or a replacement. Tom was unwilling to do either.
So the bike has been sitting in my garage for almost 2yrs now. Its one stall tactic after another by Mr. Spires. The company needs to take this crappy bike back and give me a refund. I have filed reports with the BBB and the FTC. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS.

Dude, are you freaking kidding me? This is a freaking scooter shop that sells scooters, not a freaking school selling education. I am no way affiliated with anyone on this matter, but d**n, you suck! I can care less if my mechanic speaks standard English, as long as he knows how to freaking put the engine back together.
Peace out!

To the employee that responded to this report:
Your employer apparently doesn't care enough to hire intelligent, literate people. If you can't spell, you shouldn't write. What A Disgrace! Your writing is a definite impression of the company you work for.

If I owned the above mentioned company and somebody represented me in this manner they would be fired immediately.
Learn how to spell and use sentence structure before you threaten to sue someone. You present yourself as an idiot.
And by the way, a consumer who believes they have been ripped off has every right to share their beliefs with others. This is America.
