Tom Spiers of this company, or whatever company he is now, took a check from me made payable to another company and wrote his name on it and cashed it.  He did not deliver the product I ordered, but I took it as he told me he couldn't get me a solid scooter after he had gone and cashed my check already.  He told me he had nothing to do with Buggy World and it wasn't his responsibility to return my money.  He told me it was Buggy Worlds. However, he altered my check that I wrote to Buggy World and added his name on it. The bike came in a dual color.  I ordered solid.  The bike did not come with a cargo trunk.  I ordered a bike with a cargo trunk.  He also told me he would get me the cargo trunk, which is included in the sale of the BMS, and he did not.  He had excuse after excuse including he was being sued by Buggy World.  He showed me legal paperwork like it was my problem.  I tried to tell him I was the consumer.  I don't care about what has happend to him, but he tried to make me feel sorry for him and I didn't.  All I knew was I wrote a check out and the product wasn't what I ordered.  I tried to get my money back, but he had already went to the bank, forged his name on it, and cashed it.  I had to close my account because of his illegal altering of my check.  This man should be out of business and off the market completely.  He has so many excuses for why he is a lousy businessman its amazing.  He has since  threatened me on the phone for slander when he called me to tell me my registration was there.  I told him to put it in writing.  I am only telling the truth... don't go there unless you want bad business!! You can find another product from reputable people instead of this guy.
