 Sales call selling me Moly drill bit set when bits arrived C.O.D. they were mild steel not Moly as I told I was buying. paid $149 for bit set I could have purchased online for $20 .The phone does not work and they have no web site when you call the number it goes to a shoretel voice mail which if you leave message they never call you back. It is amazing tha after some research it comes up with the same physical address as Ace Industrial product and list Tim Stearns as president I called Ace and was told they are in the same industrial park as Ace but are not associated with them. I am going to send a certified rejistered letter with my complaint to PO box 10188 Burbank Ca.  which is listed on the invoice as the mailing address and see what happens. I may send a fake fax and see if a sales person will return my call like I want to place an order.
