Supply Logistics Warehouse, Inc Print Toner Scam informing us that they would send out a catalog and we received 2 $796 invoices for toner that was not authorized CA Los Angeles

My administrative assistant received a call from Supply Logistics Warehouse claiming to be from COS the company that services our office copy machines) following up on a service call. The rep claimed he was calling as a courtesy to make sure the onsite technician performed to our standards. Toward the end of the call he said, your backordered toner is back in stock. One of our warehouse reps will call soon to confirm information to get those sent out to you."

He rattled off a bunch of our identifying information (address, machine ID, etc). He said they had problems lately with shipping so he just wanted to confirm everything was correct. The information HE GAVE ME was correct, I confirmed it, he said they would get those backordered toners out to us and an invoice would follow shortly thereafter. 

We received a past due invoice for $796 dated in August. Our finance department sent me an invoice to approve, and I disputed it as our copier machines are under contract and toner is included at no additional charge.  We emailed and contacted Supply Logistics to dispute the charge, request a refund, and offer to return the cartridges if the package was signed for by someone in our office, SLW would not accept those terms, AP pays the invoice.  I email the company and request to be removed from future order and their contact list.

We receive another past due invoice dated October 2018 in January 2019 requesting payment. They slipped in another order. We are awaiting a return call or email, per our request that they reverse this invoice and again remove us from their contact and order list. 

This company clearly is a scam toner cartridge company and needs to be investigated.
