I purchased a Danse 9inch shower arm from Supply.com, the item was supposed to be NEW, but, when I received it, it had clearly been used and returned to Supply.com! The packaging was ripped, cut, and BADLY taped back together! I paid FULL RETAIL price for this shower arm, and I was sent a USED one!! I'll NEVER use Supply.com for ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!! This company is a COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!
