Got a letter may 2014 advising me they could reduce our mortgage payment to 2-3% savings us hundreds of dollars on our monthly payment since my husband is trying to retire next year we decided to try them they xharge me 3650.00 in costs to prepare this home afforable refiance program they said thru government thry said we had to be behind un our house payments which we were alittle they said we could split up our opayments to them 1000.oo may a 1000.00 june q 1000.00 july and 650 in aug so therefore i could not aford to keep making our normal house payment and they advised over and over again it would be ok we would not lose our home cause they would be doing all the work with our current mortgage co nationstarm not to worry then i started getting foreclousers notices in mail and other formal official letters saying our house was ready to go into foreclosurebyt did not a a sale date yet we both freakm out i have never been so upset about anything like this b4 i am 62 years old and do not want to lose our home mthe more i called them the more they reassure me we where gonna not lose our home i had to fax them over papers afters papers on our pay stubs tax in fo just everthing so i finally called our cureent mortage co nationstar they said you should have never of paid another co to do this for you they could of works with us themselves so now we our 6 mos behind house payments cause i couldnt afford to senf support law center money and our house payments so i started getting letters from attorneys saying our home was going up for sherrif auction on dec 19 i went on line and there it was finally thana from support law center called me said i have good news and bad that nationstar would give a hamp but that our payments was going from 1329.00 to 1422.00 and had to start our payments in dec. so not only did they not help us at all took our money did nothing to hwlp us but give us grief and stress thru this all ,process i feel they should have to refund our 3650.00 we sent them and be put on the bbb list as unreputable company.
